1. How to order?

Ans:
Step 1 - Fill in the order form, which can be found under 'Latest Collection'
Step 2 - Await invoice from The Couchy Potato
Step 3 - Make payment within 24hrs upon receiving invoice

2. How much should i add for postage?

Ans:
+$1.50 for normal mail
+$2.24 for registered mail

If you are buying 2 or more items, shipping can be combined. Simply +$0.50 for every subsequent item
eg. Total postage fee for 2 items (by normal mail) = $1.50 + $0.50
eg. Total postage fee for 2 items (by registered mail) = $3.74 + $0.50

3. What happens if there is lost mail?

Ans: We will not be responsible for any mail lost. However, we will do our best to contact Singapore Post.

4. How long will my items take to arrive?

Ans: It will be approximately 2-3 working days. Please note that the duration may vary due to delays by Singapore Post.

5. How long will backorders take to arrive?

Ans: Backorders expected time of arrival will vary for each item. More information can be found under 'Backorder'.

6. What is our exchange policy?

Ans: Exchanges will only be done if there is a manufacturing defect. In addition, we will only accept returned items 7 working days from the date of receipt with their tags still on. A credit note will be issued upon successful claim.
